I can’t lie and say last night’s game was a nail biter but i was a wee bit disappointed in the second half. I watched our rookie qb get sacked 5 times..5 times..and i saw some conservative ass plays in places that needed the guts.
If there’s one thing I hate about football trash talk, it’s fairweather fans. There was this guy, all night who was in the back by the bathroom silent..then when the steelers kicked that field goal he was uber fan. Come on now! There’s no need to feel embarrassed when i talk better football than you on your best day.
Tonight Midtown was packed to the gills with people who wanted that common, hometown sports enthusiast spirit. Mixed ages and races we were all there to have a good time on a monday, no less.
As I sit here not typing out word for word how i really feel…
